Overview
Hotel Avancher was reopened in December 2017 following complete refurbishment and the result speaks for itself.
The Avancher is a boutique hotel at heart with great wellness facilities. It is located just outside the resort centre but walking distance to the skiing and bars too. Guests. tend to hop on the the regular Val D’Isere shuttle bus service which stops close by.
The Hotel has 2 saunas, steam room and a massage room.
It is also renowned for its savoyard restaurant and meals are supplied for 6 out of 7 nights.
Our opinion
A really great option in Val d’Isere, the Avancher offers plush accommodation at a decent price. The compromise is the location but as long as you don’t mind using the VERY frequent resort bus service, it’s a super option.
